NEW BALANCE 998BD

When I began building my 998 'most wanted' list, the 998BD was close to the top along with the GG and GL. I found this pair overseas and traded a pair of 1300s for them. Unfortunately these were in really bad shape, that I was not aware of. I have a feeling that the humidity had a lot to do with the damaged suede, 3M, and severe yellowing of the midsole. 

This is the pair that opened the door for me and SneakersER cleaning/restoration products. Rob from SneakersER gave me step-by-step approaches on how to revive the suede, and repaint the midsole. 

After some deep cleaning, and much patience...they came out stellar!
