NEW BALANCE 991.5SP

The 991 and the 1500; probably the two most easily recognized New Balance models. What would you call such a thing if you were to combine these icons? The 991.5 of course!

New Balance MiUK (Made in United Kingdom) made a commemorative pack dubbed the Surplus Pack back in 2016 to pay homage to the brands' 110th anniversary. This pack included the: 575, 576, 577, 670, 991.5, and 1500. This was the 991.5's debut and was limited along with the other pairs of the pack to a production number of 1906/per pair. 

The 991 is my favorite model amongst the 99X family, and though I don't fully support the 1500 midsole, I do thing it holds its own in my collection. I would've preferred to see the classic off-white 991 midsole...or maybe grey. What do you think?
