NEW BALANCE 991MIL

It’s rare I’m able to get my hands on a pair of ‘store exclusive’ NB’s because I live in the SF Bay Area where NB retailers are scarce let alone worthy enough of their own release. These 991MIL’s were released in Italy at their Milan store in 2017 as an in-store exclusive, and limited to 300 pairs. 

2017 was the year I was at my peak with my interest towards acquiring more 991’s, but how would I get these in my collection if I didn’t live in Italy? 

This is where the community comes in…A friend (Erik L.) and I put our feelers out for a proxy to help assist us with acquiring these stunning shoes. We ended up coming across someone on the Facebook NB page we are admins of that offered his assistance. 

Once the logistics/payment was handled; all we had to do was wait for them to come from across the pond. In about 2 weeks time they arrived at my door and were exactly as expected!
