Let’s dust off this ol’ thing and get some content down. Most of us have been battling boredom at home while shelter-in-place is in effect, but I on the other hand have been mad busy with some household projects. Enough about that though; I know why you’re here…

The NB train is at full speed and doesn’t seem to be slowing down and that makes it extremely difficult and in most cases impossible to cop your favorite collab and/or GR. The WTAPS 992’s would be my first 992…crazy I know but to be honest; the 992 never really grabbed my attention.

It has taken a lot more than just a boutique’s name behind a project to capture my attention. I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older, the more critical I am of pickups. The green on this shoe is what sold me…nothing more and nothing less. The whole shoe could’ve been wrapped in this olive drab and I still would’ve tried my damndest to buy it.

Beyond the color; is the branding. WTAPS placed their name in discreet yet bold places on the box and the shoe. Enough to let you know this was theirs, but not overpowering their presence.
