ROBERT LJUBA x J. CLAY SOCKS

Denim has belts, Hats have coats, and shoes have SOCKS! One thing I’ve noticed with my photos compared to some of my motivators; is socks. Socks can bring your sneaker photography color coordination level to the next bar, and once I realized that, there was only one company I thought would suit my needs; J. Clay Socks.

One goal of mine was to broaden my horizons with partnerships in 2020, first being Guayaki Yerba Mate, and now J. Clay. The conversations I’ve held with Felix at J. Clay aimed towards common goals for both myself and the J. Clay company and that to me is what makes a partnership; sharing a common goal.

After our goals for each other were established, it was time to select product and since they just got a new shipment it was only right to promote some of the latest offered + adding in some older styles that I thought would pair well with my newly acquired KangaROOS. The ROOS are for another post though ;).

Now that I have all these socks; what should be the pair I debut and with what shoe? Since currently my favorite socks are J. Clay, I thought I should pair them with my favorite boutique, Concepts and their Hyannis/Kennedy duo.

I couldn’t leave you with just 1 pairing though. I teased you with the KangaROOS x Glory Hole shop ‘Reeperbahn’ Ultimate in the background and HAD to share this with you…the Original Purple Pink couldn’t get any better than this!
